All refurbished appliances we sell have a 60 day warranty covered by ourselves. , unless otherwise stated

  These appliances have been used and returned to the manufacturer from customers for various reasons. These items would have been returned under their warranty period and would have had some kind of fault or repair required. Our experienced engineers refurbish these products and get them fully working again. Every product is tested by our engineer and is then re-sold here on Ebay. Each item is described with any cosmetic marks and is given a very basic clean , they come with the accessories as seen in the photographs and this is why they are priced so cheap…………Please only order products if you are happy with the above !!

Delivery Service
  Delivery takes place Moinday-Friday between 8am-6pm, we cannot give specific drop off times. Whilst the vast majority of our products are delivered by our carrier they are asked to call 1 hour before delivery is made. Delivery should be within 2-4 days of us receiving payment and all contact details including a relevant telephone number for us to contact you on. Saturday delivery may be arranged at an extra charge. Please call for details.

Delivery Policy
    VERY IMPORTANT : ALL DELIVERIES ARE DOOR TO DOOR ONLY AND WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO THE HOUSE !....OUR 3RD PARTY DRIVERS ARE NOT INSURED TO DO THIS !

We use a 3rd party national delivery company who deliver our stock on pallets as close to your front door as is possible. Any gravel driveways , gates or narrow pathways for example may prevent this from being possible so please call us prior to ordering to discuss your particular situation as you may need to arrange help taking in your delivery. If access is too tight for the pallet they may leave the delivery kerbside. Delivery is by one man and any further assistance from him is at his discretion not ours as he is a 3rd party. Our larger appliances are delivered on a large vehicle with a tail-lift, if your building has any access issues, ie narrow lane etc, you must inform us beforehand.

We are a family run business based in South Wigston , Leicester, with over 40 years of electrical retail experience. We have a number of sales staff who can offer in depth product knowledge , an IT specialist, 2 very experienced engineers, and a warehouse crew to manage and deliver the stock. For National deliveries we use either a palletised delivery company or Citylink for smaller items.

  We have 2 large warehouses with over 1000 items for sale and a total of 25,000 sq ft storage.

  We sell all large domestic appliances from fridge freezers to dishwashers, washing machines and tumble dryers, a large range of built in appliances from the most reputable manufacturers.
