Lovely Victorian style wall hanging shelf sconce. I think this is resin but I’m not sure. It’s painted in a brown and gold tone. It resembles metal and wood. I don’t know its history and can’t find anything like it online so I’m not sure what time period it’s from. It has an ornate angel cherub type face with wings. And there’s an intricate floral detail as well. Since the shelf is lightweight I would store lightweight, small items on it. You just need screws or nails to attach it to the wall.

There’s a little wear but it looks good overall. Please see pictures for condition detail.
