Excellent cosmetic condition.  The eyecups have been trimmed, which with the minimal amount of eyerelief isn't a bad thing. Some coating breakdown on the objective lenses and the barrels show a little fungus.  I do not see any degradation in image from these issuesm

This is a great potential hunting or car bino as I would leave them out in the sun or under uv to kill the fungus
