These are great 90s stirrup pants by Extra Elements in what I would guess is a size large but check the measurements to be sure they'll fit! They're made of a cotton knit and have some stretch. 

I'm willing to make deals! I'm having to prepare to move and I'd rather make deeper discount deals than to pack it all up and take it with me!
