I try to ship within 1 day of payment clearing or the weekend. I do combine shipping based on the size and weight of the final package. Sometimes( not always) I can fit 3 large tobys into a large flat rate box, which can be a major saving if shipping across the continent. Sometimes the eBay computers end up overcharging for a number of possible reasons. Or, you pay separate for several items. In those cases, I would refund the difference between the actual shipping cost and the quoted cost as a shipping discount.
