In order to comply with the Department Of Transportation regulations, any restricted items will be shipped via ground delivery.

RETURN POLICY :

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. We will charge a 15% restocking fee for any merchandise that has been opened.

Due to health precautions, we cannot accept returns on Makeup, Skincare and Hair care products.

We are not responsible for the shipping cost to return an order.

To ensure your return is processed, please include the following information:

All returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as "delivered" to our facility. Once received, please allow 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

Cancelling or Canceled Orders: 

  • Eligible for full refund, including S&H, ONLY if cancelled prior to shipping.
  • We cannot process claims, refunds or additional requests once package is in transit with the carrier.

Product Defect, Damaged, or Wrong Shipment: May be eligible for a full refund of the merchandise and S&H if confirmed defective, damaged or wrong item is shipped. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery for an immediate resolution. All defective item(s) claims are subject to inspection and confirmation.
