This book is from the official tour in London, it is raw faux leather cover with drawstring with the Deathly Hallows sign.

Please not that there are dents in the cover from the drawstring and this was present when purchased. 
There maybe other dents and scuffs on the cover, but the inside is still brand new and unused.
