What you see in picture one and two is what you will receive, adjustment plate, and pin.
Please note from the pictures the adjustment plate is needed when you need to use the outside holes on the implement or attachment. For example, when you use a plow and need to offset the plow to get your wheel down into the dead furrow for proper spacing when plowing, you would use the adjustment plate and pin . If you do not have the adjustment plate and you need to offset the plow, you will not be able to successfully tighten the plow and it will move around.
They will work on hitches made of 3/8" or 1/2" steel. The pin is 9/16" OD.
