Handles remain in great quality and the silver accents are as shiny as the day they were made. There seems to have been a cross strap which didn't seem to serve much purpose, but it remains on the bag in half from age, very cosmetic and easily unnoticeable as it guides into the inside. Overall very good condition. Some would say spectacular compared to the other same model totes being listed.
