It is unmarked as to manufacturer or where made.
The original hardware and wood beads (4) are intact.
The beads are adjustable and on the seat so they can be used to keep from scratching the tub.
It measures approx. 5-1/4" tall, 17-1/2" long x 5-1/4" wide.

Condition: Previously owned and used.  The metal hinges need cleaned up a bit.  The wood seat is in great used condition as can be seen in the photos.  Please review photos as they are part of the condition.  Thank you.
