GI Joe Adventure Team Talking Commander with accessories 1964 Hasbro. When pulling the string the figure mumbles with no real words being said. The string retracts fine. The figure has a broken foot but it is connected to the boot/leg. The figure has some patches on the fuzzy head. Comes with a clipboard that I believe has been reglued and some clothes ( some of which have not been marked and may be knock offs).
