Crinum powellii has dense foliage made up of strap-shaped leaves from which large pink, bell-shaped flowers emerge in spring, on top of tall stems. They come back every year from the bulb and new 'bulblets' (about the size of a cricket ball) can be separated and planted elsewhere. They grow well in many conditions including coastal. You get two bulbs with this order. To plant them just dig a hole about twenty centimetres deep and place the bulb in then cover with soil, firm down and water well.
