We have only managed to find one other example of this item on the world wide web. The brand name E.B. brings up some currently sold new lamps, but very few vintage at all. The image searches from many angles have just shown only one close to this model.

It is a fully working example with adjustable rotating lamp angle.
It is also fitted with an adjustable rotating bulb shade that enables the change of the direction of the light being emitted (please see images).

For Desk/Table Sitting, the lamp sits on its metal frame stand.
For wall-hanging there is a feature in the metal frame stand to hang the lamp on a screw or hook if required (please see images). The lamp can also be hung over a room divider as shown (please see images).

FYI, I joined EBAY 2004/05, not 2015 as stated. I lived in the UK until 2006, then lived in the US and had to register as an EBAY USA customer and then rejoin as UK customer in 2015, so nearly 20 years!
