A charming Liberty & Co Arts & Crafts mirror, this is relatively small and will make an attractive addition to any room in the house. The copper frame has a simple repoussé shamrock or clover design at the centre top, flanked by roundels. The horizontal frame sections are fixed to the verticals with visible rivets and the piece is quite heavy, the copper frame being fixed to wood and the mirror having a wooden backing. The mirror itself has some characterful desilvering around the edges and some tiny spotting overall, but retains a good reflection and is fit for purpose. A lovely item for any home.

Dating to circa 1900, this is made of copper, wood and glass, and originates from England.

In good age related condition, the copper has some black surface patination and the mirror has some characterful desilvering, but these add to the authenticity of the piece and have an attractive quality.
