First printing. Blind stamped red cloth binding with gilt illustration and lettering to front board. Lacking top quarter of cloth to spine. Wear to foot of spine and corners of boards. Heavy staining to front board. Damp staining to front endpaper and lighter staining to all pages. Binding is loose but sound. 24 engraved pages in total, printed on one side only, all hand-coloured. 16 pages of ads at rear. Previous owner's inscription to verso of front free endpaper (dated July 1860). Scarce. Overall Condition is Fair
