    Refurbishment Process


    This pre-owned unit has been fully refurbished by one of our qualified Engineers. It has been meticulously disassembled and has undergone over 40 checks and service points, including:-
    • Complete strip of all removable components. All plastic components have been machine cleaned (the internals are now cleaner than when first manufactured!).
    • The motor has been stripped, cleaned and tested. Brushes have been removed and checked. The bearings have been inspected. The motor segments have been inspected. The electrical wiring looms have been inspected. The motor fan has been removed and washed. The rubber shocks have been removed and checked. The motor vibration insulation has been removed, checked and cleaned.
    • The latches and catches have been checked, cleaned and adjusted. All hinged components have been disassembled, cleaned and checked.
    • The cable retraction mechanism has been removed, inspected and tested.
    • The filters have been removed and cleaned.
    • The casters and wheels have been removed, cleaned and checked.

    Once completed, all components are carefully and expertly reassembled and checked by one of our qualified engineers.
