Includes the often missing/badly degraded paper part (see pic #5).  The part does have a few scratches/usage marks but overall it's in good condition for its age and would benefit from a light clean up before fitting. The terminals look quite clean, and would benefit from a light clean up as it's been in storage. Untested, no warranty.
