Perfect condition, fully tested. Comes as pictured.

Things to note:
  • The piece of plastic that held the cable to the headset has broken off. I used epoxy glue to glue it back. It does not look very professional but it should be pretty sturdy now. See image 1, 2 and 3
  • Another piece of plastic that held the cable to the headset is missing. I 3d resin printed a replacement clip. See image 4
  • The headset does not come with a trident cable (google it). You need to have an existing one. Without it you cannot connect it to your PC. See image 5 and 6
  • Front plastic panel has some very light scratches, but this does not affect the functionality. See image 6
  • The headset does not come with the original Valve face gasket. Some pictures have the original face gasket (you can tell it's the grey looking one), but this is my personal face gasket that I used for testing. The Valve Index headset comes with a VRCover brand head gasket. See image 7

I checked that the following works:
  • Both lenses are impeccable, no visible scratches or dead pixels
  • IPD adjustment (moving the lenses) works perfectly fine and I noted no issues with it whatsoever
  • Speakers work flawlessly. Sound is great, physical adjustment has no issues
  • Cameras work as they should
  • No issues with tracking
  • Front usb port is A-OK
  • All adjustment knobs and whatnot work perfectly fine
  • Cable is fully functional

If you want something else tested before buying, let me know. I will also record a video of everything working before shipping.
