This is a modern action figure, made by Hasbro as part of the larger Marvel Legends series. This is from the series of figures based on the designs from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
This is Star-lord. It comes in at roughly 6 inches tall.
Note: The figure was removed from the packaging and will be shipped without any of it. It doesn't come with a Build-A-Figure piece, but Star-Lord doesn't have one anyway in this series.
The figure appears to be in good condition.
A great buy if you were planning to open it anyway.
