ARRIVE ALIVE GUARANTEE

We offer an arrive alive guarantee, there's no reason why with careful shipping procedures your livestock shouldn't arrive alive, if for any reason you expect it is not alive you must follow this procedure below correctly in order to receive a refund, refunds exclude p&p charges.

(1) You must have been available to take delivery and sign for your items on the very first delivery attempt.

(2) You must immediately unpack your delivery and begin acclimatisation of your livestock. the best method for acclimatisation is the drip method, the second best method would be to float the bag unopened for 30 minutes, then, open the bag and over a period of 60 to 90 minutes add small amounts of your tank water to the bag every 10 minutes or so. The animal should only be added to the main aquarium once the water they arrived in makes up a very small percentage of the water in the bag.

(3) You must advise us within 2 hours of taking delivery that you suspect a problem. Please advise us by email or by calling us on 01268 729203 giving us your ebay user ID and details of the problem.

(4) You must take clear photo's of the livestock in water to enable us to verify the condition and email these to us within 24 hours.

(5) Note corals will shrink and close up when being transported and may stay that way for several hours in a new habitat, this is normal. Also crabs and snails may not move for several hours, if you are concerned let us know and we will make a note of it and ask you to continue the acclimation process.

(6) If you follow these procedures and your livestock has indeed arrived dead you will receive a refund.

(7) Please note we cannot accept responsibility for livestock dying two hours or more after delivery, we guarantee live arrival only as we cannot be sure of the new owners husbandry or water conditions.
