Echinocactus Grusonii 
"Mother-in-Law's Pillow"  

The Echinocactus grusonii plant, also known as "Mother-in-Law's Pillow", is a succulent plant belonging to the Cactaceae family and native to central Mexico. A slow-growing species of cactus, with a bright green globose stem and marked ribs, covered in golden yellow pointed thorns. Only in adulthood does the plant produce yellow flowers, 4-6 cm long, which bloom in summer. It prefers full sun exposure and must be sheltered during the cold season. It also resists well at home where it should be watered in moderation, while it should not be watered from November to April. Fertilize with specific products for succulents or with slow-release granular products for green plants.
