Original Xbox live headset; these are Brand New and came out of Xbox Live kits.
They are packed in the original plastic bag, no retail packaging.
They include the earpiece, microphone and the communicator piece.
I have a several dozen left so buy them while they are still available.
I believe they are over 22 years old.

Great for the original Xbox Live replacement service INSIGNIA. Original OEM NOS headset and adapter from 2002 is amazing!
Note about the foam on the earpiece and the mic; I will examine each one to make sure you get one that is intact. But the foam is starting to dry out, but everything works perfectly even without the foam. I will do my best for my customers as I always do.
