No major damage or scratching on outer shoe or Heel. Very minor wear at the bottom. I tried them on myself and I am a size 8 Australian and they fitted snuggly. I just could not wear them as Im not to good in heels.  Measured across the top they measured 24.6 cm. Please look at the pictures and information as they form part of the description.
