Vintage brass trivet, Thomas Jefferson cipher TJ forward, TJ backward. The initials of our multitalented third president, all swirled together in the cipher tradition. Made from solid brass. Stamped Monticello 1951, Virginia Metalcrafters. 

It shows slight wear to finish and patina.

Approximate measurements: 6" wide x 5 1/2" deep x 3/4"
