Terms and Conditions

Each personalised registration number is also listed for sale on our social media and our other websites. Although we check the availability of every Registration on a daily basis, very rarely a particular Registration can become unavailable for a variety of reasons. For example, a number plate advertised on Ebay has sold on another platform prior to our daily check.  Please note that if a Registration does become unavailable, we will try and find a suitable replacement Registration or provide a full refund. (which is our exclusive liability). 


Delivery

All registrations transferred by us are done within 4 working days. Where a registration is posted to you, delivery will be within 6 working days. Any lost mail will require a new certificate being printed.  On this rear occasion this can take up to 20 working days for delivery.  We will keep you full updated at all times.


Returns and cancellations

As all items are personalised and as such are exempt from return or cancellation.
