I have two of these available, this is the 1996 Lionel 6424 flat car with Los Angeles County Life boat on it. Apparently the boat takes batteries and actually will go in the water, not sure how many folks have actual water in their layouts but there you are. I did not test it, batteries are not included. The boat is a bright yellow boat and the base flat car is bright orange. Appears to be unused and new in the box. Box has some warp to it on both of these that are available. They are alike in all regards, have the straps to tie it down still in the pkg. and instructions.
