VINTAGE 1957 Bulova Clock Radio Model 100 Pink, 5 Tube AM Radio.

The clock radio is extremely clean, with no cracks in the plastic case.  The clock keeps perfect time. 

The radio when turned on has a loud hum.  All the tubes light up, which makes me believe that the resistors need replaced.
