Rare to see this coin in mint state; rarer to see it in it's highest grade. 

For one reason or another it's hard to find these coins in a good enough state to be worth grading but here we have one according to NGC is the: "finest known." This coin features halo toning with a blue inner core surrounded by a halo of golden hues.
