Shipping

Shipping to mainland UK addresses only on DPD. Some smaller items may be shipped on Royal Mail. We only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses once your cleared payment has been received.

Terms

Any damages or shortages must be reported via eBay immediately. For any item that has been damaged in transit, we need to be made aware within 48 hours in order to notify the courier within the necessary time frame.

Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days from delivery unless the item is faulty within the advertised warranty period. Buyer to pay returns postage if the item is not required or ordered in error.

Returns are accepted for items that are not suitable or required within 30 days from delivery for items that are in resalable condition (complete, undamaged and in original packaging). Buyer to cover shipping costs - item must be in the same state as originally delivered.
Returns for items that are faulty are accepted beyond this 30 day period - please check the warranty duration of the product you are purchasing. Buyer to cover shipping costs - item will be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the situation as long as the return is initiated within the advertised warranty period.
