Vintage 50's 60's Japan Wire Bendable Laughing French Clown Hobo Felt Rubber.
Body and clothes are felt on the outside, shoes appear to be a thin wood covered in felt (one shoe shows wear) inside body feel like there is wire for the arms and legs to bend and move. Head does not move. I believe he is from the 50's or 60's. See pictures for more details. He measures approx 11" tall.
