We offer you 3 shipping options to choose from, and local pickup if your in the area. (Before we print the shipping label, if we see on our end that a different shipper than the one you choose has a sooner estimated arrival date, we will use that shipper if there are no additional fees.) Item/items must be paid for within 4 business days, or the order will be canceled. If you have a PO Box please understand that your item can only be shipped by USPS which may cost more in charges for large items. We only ship to the address eBay has on file, so please make sure that it is update. We do not ship to an address that you message us with for your safety and ours.
We are a liquidation retail store, and sometimes we get items in that do not sell in our brick and mortar storefront. We do our best to figure out all the details of an item. If the item has an identification tag, we will use that to identify and describe the item, but sometimes we have to use Google to figure out what the item is and for.
The item pictured is the item that you will receive, unless there are multiple items listed. You can request a photo of the item you will receive, if there are more than one of that item.
We accept buyer paid return within 30 days of purchase on this item. As long as the item is returned in the original packaging and unused with no signs of wear, we will issue a full purchase price refund. If item is not listed as an 'open box' item then the item must be returned still factory sealed. If the returned item does not meet those requirements, we will only issue a partial refund.
