Any items received damaged that are uninsured, must be returned at my expense to receive a refund.  No exceptions.

If an item is returned to me due to the BUYER putting an incorrect address on the order, buyer will be refunded their purchase price LESS the cost I paid for shipping. No exceptions.

Any item that is insured and arrives damaged, BUYER is responsible for filing the claim with the postal service.  No exceptions.
