My usual basic description with all the needed details, none of the flowery sales pitch stuff. Please ask for more pictures if needed.
These are 2 Hertel & Schwab mold 151 dolls. They both sit well. First is 9/5", the other 8 3/4". The molding of the hair is the same but the painting is a little different. They both have molded tongues but one is "sticking out" more. They both have blue set glass eyes. I don't know if they are original. They probably are or sleep eyes would have been put in. The larger body is not original, not sure about the smaller one. Hands are intact on both dolls.
#1. 9.5" doll dressed in a salmon color hand knit outfit. It has modern panties. Finish is missing from the right forearm. There is a round spot on the buttocks. It has the usual dings and marks. The legs stay in the joint when sitting. One side pops out when I try to straighten them out. The tongue is tightly adherent to the lower lip. I couldn't get the top over the head for better pictures.

Doll #2
This one is 8.75". The head is also slightly smaller. The tongue is much more prominent. I am not sure if the lower arms were painted or just that the original top layer of finish was removed. She has crocheted booties, antique/vintage diaper and half slip (pinned shut). The bonnet and dress are antique. The dress is nicely emboridered. It is pinned shut. Both are slightly yellowed in places. They are not torn

I am not a professional dealer. I am selling my collection of 1000+ dolls, accumulated over 40 years. Many of these have been put together with parts bought separately over years. I describe to the best of my ability.
