This is a modern action figure, made by Hasbro as part of the larger Marvel Legends series.

This is a figure of Daredevil based on the Marvel Knights design. It comes in at roughly 6 inches tall.

Note: The figure was removed from the packaging and will be shipped without any of it. It doesn't normally have a Build-A-Figure piece in this series.

The figure appears to be in good condition. 

A great buy if you were planning to open it anyway.
