Shoes are not from our personal use. They are returns from online or brick-and-mortar stores. Some have never been worn, just tried on for size.

Sneakers that were worn, have been cleaned as needed, inside and out. Top to bottom. NOT EVERY SELLER CLEANS THEIR SHOES. You get what you pay for. Our shoes are processed at home based operation, which is SMOKE and PET FREE.

If you have a question, we typically answer the same day.

We'll ship your item via USPS. First option offered is USPS Ground Advantage, which is typically the more cost effective. It may be possible to get your package delivered sooner if you select USPS Priority Mail instead. You'll get tracking confirmation.

Color variations between our camera and your screen are possible. If unsure, you may google search the item to compare color. We don't accept returns based on minor color discrepancies.
