Volvo s60 d5 Lux breaking

It’s done 200k drives & runs perfect it ran out of MOT 5 months ago and sat since hence why the seats look a bit dirty but they will clean very easy.

The reason am breaking it is because it needs 2 tyres and a back box welding and a new battery otherwise it would be a great car to keep on the road body work is in great condition for its age and it has the sort after nebula wheels, space ball ball shifter , plastic A pillars , genuine Volvo roof bars, lux bumpers and rear parking sensors all working, 4c suspension, hu850 surround sound radio.
