Items are all shipped within 2 days of product purchase and/or payment. If you have any special requirements please just let us know. Your purchase will be shipped from Ontario, Canada. Any customs or duties that may apply are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Returns are accepted within 30 days. Return shipment to be paid by the buyer. We will promptly provide a refund upon safe return of the item. If there are any issues with your shipment or if an item arrives damaged or not working please just contact us so we can work with you to make it right.
