This is a used Toshiba Satellite S70b. It works when it has a hard drive with Windows 8 or Windows 10 installed on it.
THIS DEVICE DOES NOT COME WITH A HARD DRIVE OR AN OPERATING SYSTEM and will need BOTH in order to work.
It works and is usable if set up with an appropriate compatible Windows operating system.
This device is being sold with an AC adapter in AS-IS condition.
The screen is very large, clear, bright, and looks great. The backlit keyboard works and is great.
It has 12Gb of installed RAM.
The fan is loud.
It includes an extra, brand new, replacement keyboard, not previously installed. This was purchased because of some intermittent non-critical keyboard issues, but was never installed.

This is an older device that has not been used for some years. I am the original owner. I LOVED using this computer. with Windows 8 and 10. It's 17" screen is still as good as new, with one or maybe two bad pixels. This computer would definitely be useful for more than just parts. But I stopped using it because I needed a more powerful device, and also because of the fan noise. The fan could probably be replaced or maybe cleaned. The plastic covering of the air vent on the right side is almost completely broken away (See photos.) But the rest of the side panels is intact and all the connections work. This was a great computer! I miss using it.
