This vintage Christmas book is delightful, though it is definitely falling apart. The pages are in very good condition for their age. The pages are somewhat yellowed, but the colors of the color illustrations are vibrant. There are also a black and white illustrations. The edges of the pages are not torn, though the top right corner of the title page in first few pages are slightly bent. The front cover is completely detached from the book, and the back cover is partially attached to the book. The pop-up Christmas tree is ragged, but it still works. See photos for detail
