Delivery

As soon as your payment has been cleared by eBay, your order will be sent via DPD or Royal Mail. This will be a fully tracked, signed for service. Please note we will only despatch to the address as detailed in your purchase; under no circumstances will we permit delivery to another address to limit fraud. We aim to process all orders within 1 Business Day of Payment being cleared, this does not include Weekends or Bank Holidays.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and offer a 3 Month Return to base Warranty. The Warranty Excludes Accidental Damage, Misuse caused whilst in your ownership.

If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, you may notify us to cancel the contract within 14 days after the day of receipt of item(s) and you have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back. Return posting costs will be at your expense should you just not like the product. If this is due to the item(s) being defective, we will cover the return postage costs. Majority of items are tampered sealed, and these must not be removed at any stage during the Warranty period, as this will invalidate your return. You also must ensure any User Account, iCloud and Passcode details are removed and units are set back to Factory settings.
