Since 1961, the Casino has been a rock and roll standard as Epiphone's legendary best-selling archtop.

When the Casino was introduced in 1961, it was just one model in the new Thinline Archtop series, designed and manufactured at a new factory in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The factory was shared with Gibson, a former rival with whom they had just formed a partnership at the time.
Things then changed when Keith Richards used the casino to record a demo of Satisfaction at Chicago's Chess Records during the Rolling Stones' 1965 American tour.

Howlin' Wolf used the casino during their first UK tour to appear on the TV show Thank Your Lucky Stars. Shortly after, John Lennon and George Harrison of the Beatles purchased the casino for their 1966 world tour, and the rest is history.

Equipped with Epiphone PROP-90 dog ear single coil pickup and 5ply maple body.
