The Panasonic LS-120 drive is one of the best high capacity floppy drives. It allows direct booting and is supported by almost every BIOS since 1995.

Even most 486 mainboards are able to use and boot directly from the LS-120 which makes booting into DOS / windows very easy, because no old IDE drive is needed.

The drive is new and was tested to make sure it works like it should.
The bare PCB side on one side of the drive is normal. Nothing is missing there.

In addition to that the 120MB of storage are more than decent for most game collections of DOS games.

The drive is in pristine (unused, only tested) condition and new, sealed LS-120 disks are available, if you need some LS-120 disks.

The picture shows them for reference. If you don´t have any LS-120 disks, just let me know once you have purchased the drive and I will include one disk for free, if you want one.

If you build a retro PC or server, this one is for you. LS-120 drives can boot even if the PC does not support large IDE drives like many 486 or 586 / Pentium I systems.
