The Item – Sideshow Exclusive Shredder Comiquette – Please Read Carefully

Up for auction is a brand new, factory sealed Sideshow Exclusive Shredder Comiquette. I am the original owner of this piece having purchased it directly from Sideshow. Since purchase, Mr. Shredder has been resting comfortably in a climate-controlled storage unit. It is very rare to find this statue in this factory sealed, brand new condition. The exclusive version comes with a switch out human portrait for alternate display.

Please be advised of the following: This listing is for 7 days. For the first 4 days, I will leave the item factory sealed as I know that a lot of my collector brethren prefer to purchase factory sealed items. In that vein, if you purchase this piece sealed, you own it.

For the last 3 days of the listing, I will open the piece and take photos of the item. The piece will still be brand new and never assembled or displayed, just no longer factory sealed. 

As you can see from the photos, the statue is factory sealed. If you have seen my listings before, you know that I don't like to use stock photos unless the item is factory sealed.

Sale Terms and Conditions

Please read all terms and conditions related to this auction before bidding. If you disagree with any of them, then please seriously consider not purchasing this item. The terms are not negotiable. 

1.     The AOC reserves the right to cancel this auction at any time.

2.      The AOC reserves the right to cancel the bids of E-Bayers with poor purchasing or selling performance via the E-Bay Feedback System.

3.     The AOC reserves the right to cancel the bids of suspected problematic bidders.

4.     All sales are final for this auction.

5.     Items purchased will only be shipped to confirmed addresses. No PO Boxes!!

6.      Included in the shipping costs are Insurance and Signature Confirmation. The insurance protects both of us in the event that something happens to the piece in transit. I insure everything that I sell. In addition, I also require Signature Confirmation upon delivery to ensure that you received the piece as purchased.

7.     We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Hence the Insurance. In the unfortunate event that you receive an item damaged, I will work with you to file a claim with the insurance provider so that neither the Buyer nor Seller are economically disadvantaged due to circumstances out of our collective control. In short, we don't leave our customers hanging!

8.     No INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING!

9.  Shipping only in the Continental United States. No shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, Mexico.

10. Payment is due 3 days after the auction closes. Please make sure that    you pay on time, or the item will be relisted, and negative feedback will be given to E-Bay.

11. We normally ship your purchase 3 days after having received      confirmation of cleared payment.
