It has been tested and works (please refer to attached video). Based on TCA grading standards, the operating milk car is in very good condition (C-6). There are some very small green paint spots on the car (please see images). The box is also in very good condition (P-6) with all flaps, small tear and some signs of wear (please refer to images for more specifics). Please reach out if you have any questions.
