A late Victorian microscope slide collectors cabinet of exceptional quality.

This mahogany framed cabinet with walnut fronted drawers is a superb example for any collector. 

The glazed and hinged door unlocks to allow access to the bank of 9 storage drawers, all with matching handles.

Eight large storage drawers and one tray drawer to the bottom. 

Each of the eight drawers will hold 62 slides - A combined total of 496 with space to lay around 15 to 20 in the base tray too. 

Every drawer still retains the blue felt linings which are in excellent order. 

The cabinet comes with key, working lock and matching silk key tassel as pictured. 

Brass recessed carry handle to the top.
