The set comes with the box. The backpack was taken out of the box and displayed on a shelf. There are some scratches on it, mostly around the mouth where it is exposed. The pull tab for adults to remove is still in place. It was never played with. There is some fading on the bottom corners of the backpack, but I do believe that was from manufacturing. The box shows wear. There are scuffs and scratches on the box, mainly on the corners and on the front plastic. I did not mark this as ‘new’ due to the scratches on the backpack and the box being already opened. The set comes with functioning batteries and the backpack still talks. See all photos for details.
