Lovely little red/white (off white) vintage (1950's, 1960's?) dress with white collar,
red and white rick rack details, netted skirt, 3 buttons
and bow tie in back.
Measures 9" shoulder to shoulder,
10" armpit to armpit,
13.5" shoulder to hem.
No size or brand tag. I don't think it is handmade.
Toddler Size 9-12 months?
