IMPORTANT: We really want your plants to thrive and do everything we can so they are comfortable inside their box. We cannot replace or refund orders for plants that got exposed to extreme heat or cold or were neglected.
Far too many individuals order plants and only retrieve them from their mailboxes when they get home from work. Plants can die under these conditions. It is the BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY to make provisions for someone to receive the package instead of leaving it inside a mailbox or out in the sun or exposed to cold weather. This is out of our control as we can’t go to your house and bring them inside for you!
