Another one of my sons Toy Story toys unusually with this one had kept the box as well , so although it’s been up in loft for over 20 years the box has done a good job and protected buzz which as you can see Is in very good condition (box is not bad either )

I had taken batteries out before stored so put new ones in now and everything works as should

Wings eject out very firmly as if new

All in all a good sample for someone that doesn’t want to spend at least double on an unopened one , that’s if it turns out to be genuinely unopened .
