How long can be the item delivered? 

7-16 business days

Item arrived damaged or Faulty item? 

If your item arrived damaged/faulity, please send us a message with an image of the damaged/faulity item and we will resolve this for you asap.

How long will the orders can be hanlded?

Packages will be shipped out within 3 business days after receiving the payment (Sat. & Sun. & National holiday excluded.)， the tracking information will be delayed to update when the item is on the way to the destination countries, if you can find the logitic acceptance date of the package,it means the item is being handled regularly, please wait for the arrival.

How about the customers/duties?

Normally custom tariff duties will not charged. However, buyer is responsible for custom tariff duties solely if it happened. If you are interested in larger purchases,also please contact me for good price.

When I need to pay for an aution?

All auction items must be paid in full (including shipping handling fee). We only accept the payment via paypal. Payment must be made within 4 days of auction closing. Non-payment may result in a UPI (Unpaid Item) being put on your account. eBay will automatically close your account if you accumulate 4 UPI's total. Please contact us timely if you do not want the item you bidded.
